The celebration area is around the winery where the bar and bathroom can be accessed and where food service and seating can be set up, as well as electricity. As we are primarily an outdoor venue, we ask that you please keep this in mind before requesting to connect. Depending the time of year, you may require a tent for shade or rain protection. This is not something we provide, but we are happy to refer you to local outfitters. Heceta Head is one of the most beautiful lighthouses in the world! The Lighthouse and Light Keeper’s home are circa 1894. Both are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. From a height of 205 feet above the ocean, its “first order” Fresnel lens, casts it’s beams some 21 miles out to sea. It is the brightest light on the Oregon coast. It is said to be the most photographed lighthouse in the United States. The Light Keeper’s home is perched on a cliff with a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean and the beach below. Paths from the Light Keeper’s Home lead both to the beach and to the lighthouse. Eagles Nest Reserve is a family-run vineyard and winery focusing on dry farming, no-till, herbicide-free agriculture to produce un-fined and unfiltered, low intervention wine. ENR’s wines are low in sulfites and aim to express the authentic and rustic representation of its unique geology and microclimate. At approximately 600 ft elevation and the eastern-most area of the Tualatin Hills AVA, the vineyard is planted on wind-blown loess over basalt, and is influenced by catabatic winds funneled through the Columbia Gorge. The 160-acre reserve is a diverse and beautiful landscape of vineyards, wetlands, grazing alpacas, wildlife, and easement-protected forest sanctuaries.
