She went completely above and beyond- when the bridal party was finishing photos outside and it started pouring, she got SOAKED while shielding my bridesmaids and making sure everyone was able to get safely from the park to the vehicles to inside the venue. She literally used herself as a shield and then proceeded to to help everyone get touch ups while they dried off- by the time the ceremony had started, no one would have had an idea that everyone had been rained on. By the end of the day, she was everyone’s best friend. She was an angel that day and I am so thankful she was my artist. If you’re looking for an incredibly talented artist who will charm you with her positive attitude and incredible sense of humor- Jackie is your gal. “Zuleika was an absolute DREAM to work with. She did hair and makeup for me and my 2 bridesmaids (each with completely different hair and complexions than myself) and we all looked like the best versions of ourselves. That was VERY important to me - I only wear mascara so the idea of a full face of makeup was not appealing to me. During our trial, Zuleika redid my face 3 times until it had the exact look I wanted - which was incredibly natural. She was so easy to work with and didn’t mind at all that I was so particular. Hair was also gorgeous! I had wanted to do soft waves with a hair piece holding back half of my hair. Well, 90% humidity changed that plan at the last minute! The morning of my wedding I went onto Pinterest to get a few updo looks. I showed them to Zuleika, explained the tweaks I wanted, and she nailed the look I was going for on the first try. I usually hate updos and was sad that I wasn’t going to be able to wear my hair down, but in the end, it was for the best! My hair and makeup stayed in tact all night. One of my bridesmaids didn’t personally love her hairstyle (even though I thought it looked great), so Zuleika was able to completely re-work it in 5 minutes. She’s flexible, fun and oh so talented. Highly recommend!!!”
